- Design of recruitment promotional materials and content, as well as management of recruitment promotions.
- Involvement in hiring for new graduates, experienced professionals, interns, and related recruitment.
- Support for Hyundai AutoEver's recruitment operations, including:
- Creation and posting of job descriptions.
- Assistance with recruitment promotions.
- Management of recruitment processes.
- Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels, including resume management platforms.
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Possession of an associate degree or higher.
- Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, MangoBoard, etc.).
- Strong communication skills.
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Understanding of the IT field and experience in related companies.
- Experience in designing corporate content, such as proposal presentations (PPT).
- Experience in operating large-scale recruitment and in-house hiring processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
[Recruitment Process]
