Entry-Level Position

💻 Online Competency Test & Hyundai Motor Group Aptitude Test

  • An online competency test and Hyundai Motor Group Aptitude Test (HMAT) will be conducted.
  • Online Competency Test
    • A coding test or a task test will be conducted depending on the position you applied for.
    • If you applied for a position requiring a coding test, you will take the coding test on the same day as HMAT.
    • If you applied for a position requiring a task test, task submission instructions will be given before the first interview.

🔍 Interview (1st, 2nd Round) 

  • 1st Round
    • The first interview is conducted by field professionals, focusing on verifying basic knowledge and competency relevant to your field. During the interview, a review of the coding test or a presentation of task test will take place.
  • 2nd Round
    • The second interview is conducted by organizational leaders and hiring managers, focusing on organizational fit and growth potential.
