Hiring Process

• Please select the announcement you wish to apply for on the [Apply] page and submit your application.

• An online competency test and Hyundai Motor Group Aptitude Test (HMAT) will be conducted.
• Online Competency Test
  • A coding test or task test will be conducted depending on the position you applied for.
  • If you applied for a position requiring a coding test, you will take the coding test on Softeer platform. 
  • If you applied for a position requiring a task test relevant to your field, you will be given instructions on the task test related to your field.

• The first interview is conducted by organizational leaders and field professionals, focusing on verifying your technical skills. 
  If necessary, you may introduce your experience or present your portfolio.
• The second interview is conducted by organizational leaders and hiring managers, focusing on organizational fit.
