[Job Description]

  • Develop ​and ​operate ​chatbot services:
  • Create ​conversational services utilizing models ​such ​as GPT ​and LLM
  • Develop domain-specific ​conversational services ​(e.g., ​automotive, guidance,

​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​consultation)

  • Develop deep learning ​models for ​language/conversational ​services
  • Monitor operations ​and analyze ​data ​for AI conversational ​services


[Minimum Qualifications]

  • Degree ​in natural language processing (NLP) or deep learning, or equivalent experience/knowledge
  • Experience in developing modules and services related to chatbots and natural language processing
  • At least 3 years of experience in Python development or equivalent skill level
  • Knowledge or experience in artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP)
  • Experience with major AI development frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Master's degree or higher in a field related to NLP
  • Experience in developing NLP-based technologies such as morphological analysis, syntactic analysis, and language models
  • Experience in developing models related to entity linking, QnA, and MRC (Machine Reading Comprehension)
  • Experience in developing bi-encoder structure models, including Dense Passage Retrieval and Response Selection
  • Experience in serving deep learning models
