[Job Description]

  • Development ​and ​operation ​of the ​HR General Affairs System ​and ​HR Ongoing ​Assessment System


[Minimum Qualifications]

  • Skills ​in program ​analysis, ​design, and ​development
  • Ability ​to ​utilize databases
  • Full-stack development ​skills ​based on Java
  • Ability ​to ​develop ​in PL/SQL
  • Strong communication ​skills for ​work ​collaboration
  • Essential technologies: ​Java (basic), ​JSP ​(basic), Tibero (basic), ​Spring Boot ​(basic), Nexacro (basic)


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Experience in development with commercial UI frameworks
  • Experience in executing new/improvement projects
  • Experience in system operations
  • Experience in developing REST/RESTful API integrations
  • Familiarity with development work in CI/CD environments
  • Possession of a logistics management certification
