- Development and operation of the HR General Affairs System and HR Ongoing Assessment System
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Skills in program analysis, design, and development
- Ability to utilize databases
- Full-stack development skills based on Java
- Ability to develop in PL/SQL
- Strong communication skills for work collaboration
- Essential technologies: Java (basic), JSP (basic), Tibero (basic), Spring Boot (basic), Nexacro (basic)
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience in development with commercial UI frameworks
- Experience in executing new/improvement projects
- Experience in system operations
- Experience in developing REST/RESTful API integrations
- Familiarity with development work in CI/CD environments
- Possession of a logistics management certification
