[Job Description]
- Establish IT technology planning and development systems across all mobility sectors (In-Vehicle, Out-Vehicle)
- Plan key initiatives based on market/technology trends and competitor analysis in specific technology areas, including analysis of the technology value chain and core technologies, as well as resource and capability assessments
- Plan and execute enterprise-wide improvements in technology development systems from the perspective of the software development life cycle
- Engage in activities to enhance the development environment, systems, and culture across the organization (including global subsidiaries) for professional growth as a software expert
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Experience and capability in IT/new technology-based strategy and planning tasks (e.g., identifying technology trends, assessing the feasibility of technology in-house, developing technology strategies/plans)
- Understanding and experience of software development processes and methodologies
- Strong communication skills based on logical and strategic thinking
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Ability to create planning reports and excellent communication skills (preference for candidates from IT consulting backgrounds)
- Experience in planning, developing, and operating global services is preferred
- Excellent global communication skills (English proficiency)
