[Job Description]

  • Establish ​IT ​technology ​planning and ​development systems across all ​mobility ​sectors (In-Vehicle, ​Out-Vehicle)
  • Plan key initiatives ​based on ​market/technology ​trends and ​competitor ​analysis ​in specific technology ​areas, ​including analysis of ​the ​technology ​value chain and ​core technologies, ​as ​well as ​resource and ​capability ​assessments
  • Plan and execute ​enterprise-wide improvements ​in technology development systems from the perspective of the software development life cycle
  • Engage in activities to enhance the development environment, systems, and culture across the organization (including global subsidiaries) for professional growth as a software expert


[Minimum Qualifications]

  • Experience and capability in IT/new technology-based strategy and planning tasks (e.g., identifying technology trends, assessing the feasibility of technology in-house, developing technology strategies/plans)
  • Understanding and experience of software development processes and methodologies
  • Strong communication skills based on logical and strategic thinking


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Ability to create planning reports and excellent communication skills (preference for candidates from IT consulting backgrounds)
  • Experience in planning, developing, and operating global services is preferred
  • Excellent global communication skills (English proficiency)
