[Job Description]
- Operate the CCS Gen2/Gen3 Service Hub:
- Define, configure, and deploy vehicle integration interfaces
- Provide technical and operational support for global rollout regions
- Assist with vehicle quality testing and technical support
- Develop and operate connected car services domestically and internationally:
- Manage telecom and legacy integration interfaces
- Develop and operate global connected car services
- Develop and manage APIs for smartphone app integration
- Develop and manage vehicle integration APIs
- Serve as PM/PL for new projects:
- Manage CCS (Connected Car Service) implementation projects in overseas regions
- Manage CCS modernization projects in overseas regions
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Vue.js, and JavaScript
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Knowledge of the Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience in developing and operating REST APIs
- Experience as PM/PL for domestic or international projects with project management capabilities
- Experience in establishing customer management/sales/service systems domestically or internationally
- Ability to analyze and design system implementations and conduct environmental analyses
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Skills in developing and architecting MSA (Microservices Architecture)
- Experience with Netty Framework and WebSocket
- Understanding of ELK/KMS architecture
- Understanding of MQTT technology
- Experience with AWS services (SNS, SES, CloudWatch, S3, CloudTrail, Athena, etc.)
- Understanding and experience with connected car service processes
- Understanding and experience in completed vehicle customer management/sales/service processes
- Experience in establishing sales/service/customer management systems domestically or internationally as PM/PL
