[Job Description]

  • Establishing ​compliance ​subcontracting ​management measures ​by location
  • Diagnosis and improvement ​of ​in-house subcontracting ​risks
  • Inspection and improvement ​of contract ​management ​processes, adequacy ​of ​implementation, ​etc.
  • Support for legal ​work ​related to compliance ​subcontracting
  • Advisory ​support ​on compliance subcontracting ​and labor ​risks


[Minimum ​Qualifications]

  • Possession of ​experience related ​to ​compliance outsourcing and ​labor management
  • Knowledge ​of related laws such as the Dispatch Act, Subcontracting Act, and Labor Law
  • Capability in preparing planning reports and communication skills


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Experience working in vehicle software and IT-related companies
  • Understanding of ICT systems and experience in operation management (development, operation, technical sales, etc.)
  • Holder of a certified labor consultant qualification


[Recruitment Process]
