- Establishing compliance subcontracting management measures by location
- Diagnosis and improvement of in-house subcontracting risks
- Inspection and improvement of contract management processes, adequacy of implementation, etc.
- Support for legal work related to compliance subcontracting
- Advisory support on compliance subcontracting and labor risks
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Possession of experience related to compliance outsourcing and labor management
- Knowledge of related laws such as the Dispatch Act, Subcontracting Act, and Labor Law
- Capability in preparing planning reports and communication skills
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience working in vehicle software and IT-related companies
- Understanding of ICT systems and experience in operation management (development, operation, technical sales, etc.)
- Holder of a certified labor consultant qualification
