[Job Description]

  • ​Operation ​of ​the recruitment ​system (WEB) and other ​HR ​systems (WEB).
  • Analysis, ​design, and development ​for the ​improvement ​of recruitment ​processes.
  • Participation ​in ​project execution as ​a ​Project Leader (PL), ​including ​requirements ​definition, design, and ​development.


[Minimum Qualifications]

  • ​Over ​three years ​of experience ​in ​HR and recruitment ​system operations.
  • Fundamental ​understanding of web systems (Spring).
  • Front-end development capabilities using JSP and jQuery.
  • Back-end development capabilities using Java and Spring Framework.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders during project execution.
  • Experience with Java, Spring Framework, RDBMS, and Kubernetes.


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Experience in SAP RFC integration.
  • Familiarity with Nginx/Tomcat and Webtob/Jeus service environment configuration.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and Tibero databases.
  • Experience in API interface development.
  • Experience in service monitoring using APM.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and experience with related tools.
