[Job Description]
- Patent application/registration: Perform overall tasks related to patent application/registration from the idea stage
- Design: Conduct overall application/registration tasks focused on visual design applied to navigation
- Trademark: Execute comprehensive tasks concerning the trademark application/registration of the company's products
- Trade secrets (technical limitations): Secure intellectual property rights advantageous to the company, including intellectual property, trade secrets, and copyright registration
- Copyright (open source): Review and provide solutions regarding copyright issues related to open source
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Possessor of a degree at the bachelor's level or higher
- Possessor of business English proficiency
- Individual with practical experience in corporate, patent firms, or law firms
- Possessor of abilities to utilize patent-related databases
- Individual without disqualifications for overseas travel
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Major in electrical/electronics
- Holder of a patent attorney or lawyer qualification (including in the United States)
- Experience in performing patent utilization tasks
- Capable of data analysis
