[Job Description]
- Corporate tax filing
- Review of international taxation (transfer pricing, BEPS, global minimum tax, withholding tax review, etc.)
- Pre-check activities/guides on tax risks for overseas locations (corporations/branches) (appropriate margin rates, permanent establishment issues, etc.) and strategies to minimize tax burdens
- Response to tax audits
- Conducting tax reviews during financial investment (investments/business transfers/M&A, etc.) decisions
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Graduation in Business Administration
- Over 4 years of experience
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Preference will be given to those holding qualifications as Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Certified Tax Accountants (CTA), or American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
- Experience with SAP (ERP) systems.
- Excellent English communication skills
