[Job Description]

  • Corporate ​tax ​filing
  • Review ​of international ​taxation (transfer pricing, BEPS, ​global ​minimum tax, ​withholding tax review, ​etc.)
  • Pre-check activities/guides ​on ​tax risks ​for ​overseas ​locations (corporations/branches) (appropriate ​margin ​rates, permanent establishment ​issues, ​etc.) ​and strategies to ​minimize tax ​burdens
  • Response ​to tax ​audits
  • Conducting tax ​reviews ​during financial investment ​(investments/business transfers/M&A, ​etc.) decisions


[Minimum Qualifications]

  • Graduation in Business Administration
  • Over 4 years of experience


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Preference will be given to those holding qualifications as Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Certified Tax Accountants (CTA), or American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
  • Experience with SAP (ERP) systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills
